Job Description

We are hiring a *Property Sales Manager* for an upcoming *Cinema + Commercial Spaces* project in *Shakurpur, New Delhi. The role requires driving sales through strong *broker network management, *marketing coordination, and *direct client acquisition* (companies and private individuals).

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales for commercial units in the project.

* Build, manage, and expand relationships with brokers/channel partners to generate leads and closures.

* Coordinate with brokers for site visits, negotiations, deal structuring, and closures.

* Identify and approach companies, brands, SMEs, and private individuals for leasing and purchase opportunities.

* Ensure high-quality client interaction, requirement mapping, and solution-based pitch.

* Manage end-to-end cycle lead generation site visit commercial negotiation documentation closure.

* Plan and execute sales & marketing activities (local outreach, signage, broker meets, campaigns, listings).

* Maintain and share periodic reports on inventory status, pipeline, conversions,



pricing feedback, and competition.

* Coordinate with internal teams for legal documentation, agreements, and handover processes.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain professional conduct with all stakeholders.

Requirements / Skills

* Strong experience in commercial real estate sales (retail/office/high-street preferred).

* Proven ability to handle broker networks and close deals.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Comfortable with field work, market visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.

* Positive working knowledge of documentation, and commercial negotiations.

Preferred Candidate

* Experience in property sales for retail / F&B; / cinema-linked footfall projects is a plus.

* Local market knowledge of West Delhi / Shakurpur / nearby commercial hubs preferred.
