Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support scalable front-end and back-end applications.
- Build REST APIs and async services using FastAPI with typed, tested, production-quality code.
- Develop responsive, performant web interfaces in Next.js and React.
- Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and manage migrations in PostgreSQL.
- Implement real-time features using WebSockets or server-sent events.
- Integrate LLM-powered features such as RAG pipelines, summarization, and agentic workflows.
- Implement authentication, authorization, payments, and notification flows.
- Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and code quality.
- Contribute to Agile delivery, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 5+ years of full stack development with production ownership on both sides of the

stack.

- Backend: Python, FastAPI (or Flask/Django with willingness to go deep on FastAPI), Pydantic,

SQLAlchemy, async programming.

- Frontend:



React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, modern state and data-fetching

patterns.

- Databases: PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization), Redis; exposure to time-series or

analytical stores is a plus.

- AI/GenAI: OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini APIs; RAG, prompt engineering, function calling, vector search;

LangChain or LangGraph exposure.

- Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building AI-enabled product features in production.
- Event-driven architectures, message queues, and background job processing.
- Prior startup experience; comfortable owning half-defined problems and shipping working demos fast.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, and a personal interest in health-tech or longevity
