- Handle end-to-end rider hiring for delivery operations.
- Source candidates through local hiring, references, job portals, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Manage volume hiring as per daily and monthly manpower requirements.
- Conduct initial screening, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Ensure timely joining and onboarding of selected riders.
- Maintain daily hiring, joining, and sourcing MIS.
- Coordinate with Operations teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Drive local market mapping and identify recent sourcing channels.
- Follow up with candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
- Ensure hiring targets and TAT are achieved consistently.
