Jr.Engineer -Parts Production

Preferably candidates working in Japan based company to hire.

Qualification

TTT (Toyota technical training)/Diploma Mechanical + 2~3 Years experience in Plasting Injection moulding.

Responsibility .

Man allocation in the group

Communication between associate and Team leader

Communication between shifts in the group

Understand the health condition of associates in the group

Maintain & Ensure the shopfloor rules are followed in the group

Instruct the safety rules to associates in the group

Confirm the daily inspection of machines in the group

Confirm the quality of First/Last parts in the group

Change point management n the group

Defect updation in the inprocess defect chart

Support abnormal handler in the group

Set the kanban in the planning post

Check the progress of production kanban





verification of Team efficiency/ Inline productivity

Confirmation of standardized work

Record the Attendance

Overtime management

Consumable stock management

Ensure 2S condition in the group

Skills Required:

Positive in Microsoft applications.

Should require to maintain good interpersonal skills.

Moulding process knowledge

Note:
