Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of Current Account Savings Account (CASA) customers to achieve sales targets and cross-sell products.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base.
- Develop robust relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Job Requirements :
- Experience in CASA acquisition or related field such as retail liabilities management.
- Strong understanding of CASA sales principles, including product knowledge and sales techniques.
