We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Field Liaison Officer who will be responsible for visiting companies, warehouses, logistics centers, factories, and other business establishments to identify their manpower and security requirements and develop business opportunities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit companies, warehouses, factories, logistics centers, and industrial areas on a regular basis.
- Meet with HR, Administration, Purchase, Security, Facility Management, and Operations teams to understand their manpower requirements.
- Identify companies requiring Warehouse Security Guards, Security Guards, Supervisors, and other manpower services.
- Collect information regarding current and upcoming manpower requirements from prospective clients.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, references, networking, and market research.
- Explain the company's manpower and security services to prospective clients.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with potential and existing clients.




- Coordinate with the internal recruitment and operations teams regarding client requirements.
- Collect details such as required manpower strength, shift timings, deployment location, salary/budget, joining requirements, and other client expectations.
- Arrange meetings between prospective clients and the management/business development team whenever required.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, meetings, leads, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong qualified relationships with clients.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned field visit and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 15 years of experience in field sales, business development, liaisoning, manpower services, facility management, security services, or a similar field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
