Role Title:

Construction Equipment Executive / Engineer (Sales / Service / Operations)

Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Operations & Technical Support

- Execute installation, commissioning, and periodic maintenance of construction equipment such as excavators, loaders, graders, cranes, batching plants, or heavy earthmoving machinery. [naukri.com]
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime through proactive troubleshooting and preventive service activities. [naukri.com]
- Conduct failure analysis and support structural assessments for heavy machinery. [komatsuindia.in]
- Monitor equipment utilization, productivity, breakdown trends, and downtime. [in.indeed.com]

2. Customer Service & Dealer Coordination

- Provide onsite technical support to customers and dealers across India.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and parts distributors to ensure seamless service operations. [komatsuindia.in]
- Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions.
- Deliver product training and operational guidance to customer teams. [naukri.com]

3. Sales & Business Development (If role includes sales)

- Drive sales of construction equipment or related aftermarket products including AMCs, O&M; services, and spare parts. [naukri.com]




- Manage key accounts, dealer networks, and project-based B2B clients. [naukri.com]
- Achieve assigned sales targets through solution-based selling and customer engagement.

4. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate documentation such as delivery challans, GRN/GRIR, service reports, and inspection records. [komatsuindia.in]
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and statutory norms at all project sites. [in.indeed.com]
- Support internal audits and inventory controls for equipment and spare parts.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of construction equipment systems: hydraulics, engines, transmission, electricals, welding, machining, or CAD modeling (preferred for engineering roles). [komatsuindia.in]
- Ability to read technical drawings, pipeline layouts, and equipment manuals. [in.indeed.com]

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering (preferred).
