- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Oversee the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets for MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for HVAC, ELV, fire fighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in MEP design or related field.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electricals, plumbing systems and their integration into building designs.
- Experience with development of project plans and management of resources.
- Proficiency in working on high-rise residential buildings or commercial properties.
