CTC: Up to 9 LPA (depends on interview and experiance)

Interview Location: Halasuru, Hoysala Nagar, Ward Number 80, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008.

We are looking for enthusiasticexperienced who are passionate about building a career in Real Estate Sales.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA (if MBA then min 6 months exp required)
- any graduate (if Graduate then min 1 year exp required)
- Good experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage sales leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close sales deals




- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports

Required Skills

- Solid sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-centric and target-driven approach
- Relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline OR MBA
