Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale Java-based applications using Spring Boot microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, security and performance of the application by implementing best practices in coding standards, testing, deployment strategies.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on Java programming language, Spring framework, Hibernate/JPA, Relational Databases (e.g. Oracle), SQL Server.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in Java Technical Lead role with expertise in developing complex software systems using Spring Boot microservices architecture.
- Robust understanding of AWS cloud platform including containerization using Docker containers.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server; knowledge of Hibernate/JPA is an added advantage.
