- As a Customer Success Manager, you will build relationships with clients to ensure they are getting the most value from our products

- You will work closely with customers to resolve issues, provide training, and help them achieve their goals

- Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with our products/services

- Onboard new customers and provide training and support

- Act as the customers advocate, resolving issues and recommending solutions

- Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
