Hi,
At least 3 year of experience in operations, customer service, or a Bachelor's degree in business administration, English language, or related fields.
Bilingual.
Solid critical thinking, time-management, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company information.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
Experience using a Business administration using Business management softwares, like CRM etc
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
Proficient in English communication
