Role & responsibilities

- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Provide technology consulting and advisory services across IT strategy, digital transformation, cloud, applications, infrastructure, data, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze existing technology environments, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to architecture, processes, systems, and operations.
- Develop technology strategies, roadmaps, solution architectures, and implementation plans aligned with business goals.
- Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions, workshops, discovery sessions, and technology assessments.
- Design scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective technology and solution architectures.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, tools, and vendors and provide recommendations based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with business, product, engineering, security, data, infrastructure, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support cloud adoption, application modernization, system integration, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Prepare business cases, technical proposals, solution documents, presentations, estimates, and recommendations for clients and senior management.
- Identify technology risks, dependencies, security concerns, and implementation challenges and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support project planning, delivery governance, quality assurance, and technical decision-making throughout implementation.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted technology advisor to key stakeholders.
- Monitor project outcomes and identify opportunities for cost optimization, operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior consultants and technical team members and contribute to internal consulting methodologies, knowledge sharing,



and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5 to 10 years of experience in technology consulting, IT consulting, solution architecture, technology strategy, digital transformation, or a related technology role.
- Proven experience working on technology consulting engagements and client-facing projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, solution architecture, cloud technologies, software development, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and system integration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of system design, APIs, microservices, databases, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and modern technology architectures.
- Experience conducting technology assessments, gap analysis, feasibility studies, architecture reviews, and technology evaluations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and commercially viable technology solutions.
- Experience developing technology roadmaps, transformation strategies, business cases, technical proposals, and implementation plans.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, project management, IT governance, risk management, and change management.
- Excellent client management, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, negotiation, and consulting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a business-oriented and strategic mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced consulting workplace.
- Experience in specific industries such as BFSI, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, telecom, SaaS, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- MBA/PGDM in Technology Management, IT Management, Business Administration, Strategy, or Consulting is an advantage.
- Certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, Scrum, or cybersecurity certifications are desirable.
