About the Role
The role of Associate in the Business Development Support department is to provide support to senior members for service deliverables and internal projects.
Key Role Deliverables
- Contributing to qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods data collection and research
- Verifying, validating, documenting, and organizing data
- Maintaining close communication with service delivery teams and clients
- Proactively intimating team leads in case of any deviation from set timelines
- Leveraging best practices to achieve operational efficiency
- Maximising quality for all project deliverables and maintaining an average project feedback score of 4+ (out of 5)
Operational Responsibilities
- Collating market information and client data using various databases and public web sources
- Sourcing prospects (financial institutions, non-financial institutions, companies, and contacts) and building prospect lists
- Building and maintaining a repository of prospects in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Working on various industry and sector newsletters
- Gathering information and data transcription
