Roles and Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling insurance policies to current customers.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, etc.

- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.

- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in BFSI sales (insurance sales) or related field.

- Strong knowledge of banking sales, direct sales, field sales, insurance sales, life insurance, and other relevant areas.

- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
