Ability to work independently on complex projects while managing time effectively. 7. Advanced SQL skills for database validation and reconciliation tasks. 8. Experience with performance testing and non-functional testing methods. 9. Understanding Agile Software Development practices and QA management tools like Qtest, Octane etc. 10.
