Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop curriculum for MLT programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in microbiology, anesthesia, CVS, CVT, and MLS to students pursuing degrees in medical laboratory technology.
- Conduct research in areas related to microbiology and publish findings in reputable journals.
- Supervise student projects and theses, providing guidance on experimental design, data analysis, and manuscript preparation.
Job Requirements :
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Microbiology or a relevant field (MLS/MLT).
- 1-10 years of experience as an Assistant Professor/Lecturer/Tutor in a university setting.
- Robust background knowledge of microbiology principles and practices; expertise in areas such as bacterial endotoxin test, biochemistry tests, culture techniques etc.
