ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead multidisciplinary design coordination for hotel, resort and high-end building projects from design development through construction and handover, ensuring timely release of coordinated, constructible and cost-conscious design information.

- Manage design from Concept to Schematic, Design Development Construction Documentation through GFC, construction and handover.
- Coordinate Architect, Interior Designer, Structural, MEP and specialist consultants.
- Review drawings for interdisciplinary coordination, constructability and completeness.
- Maintain drawing schedules, design trackers, RFI logs, approvals and decision registers.
- Identify clashes, missing information and design dependencies before they affect site.
- Coordinate shop drawings, material submissions, mock-ups and technical clarifications.
- Monitor consultant deliverables against project programme.
- Coordinate design requirements with procurement, commercial and execution teams.
- Assess design changes for programme, cost, quality and constructability implications.
- Conduct design coordination meetings and drive actions through closure.
- Support value engineering without compromising functionality, quality or design intent.
- Report design status, critical decisions, overdue information and risks to Project Management.

Candidate MUST HAVE :





- Minimum 3-5 years of robust proven Design Coordination experience involving hotels, resorts or hospitality projects, with direct exposure to multidisciplinary hotel design coordination.
- Experience coordinating Architecture, Faade, Facility planning including BOH Planning, Structure, MEP and Interiors at least.
- Strong understanding of GFC drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, design changes and approvals.
- Ability to manage multiple consultants and maintain design deliverable schedules.
- AutoCAD proficiency and strong Excel/documentation skills.
- Good communication and consultant-management capability.

- Exposure to guestrooms, F&B;, banquets, BOH, kitchens, FF&E; and OS&E.;
- Revit/BIM coordination.
- Experience from Client / PMC / Design Management environment.
