Job Description*

Role & Responsibilities:

- Analyze warranty, field failure, and product performance data.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D investigations, and Fishbone analysis.
- Support product reliability and failure mode investigations.
- Develop Power BI/Tableau dashboards and analytics reports.
- Prepare and structure large datasets for AI-based failure analysis.
- Monitor product performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support warranty claim analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams.
- Create technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through structured analytics.

Preferred Candidate Profile:





- B.E./B.Tech Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Electrical, Electronics.
- 3-10 years of experience in Failure Analysis, Reliability Engineering, Warranty Analysis, Product Performance, or Automotive Quality.
- Robust knowledge of RCA, 8D, FMEA, Warranty Analytics, and Product Validation.
- Experience with Power BI/Tableau and large data analysis.
- Automotive, Auto Component, Engine, Powertrain, Reliability Engineering background preferred.
- Knowledge of AI/Big Data Analytics is an advantage.
