We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical positions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing effective sourcing strategies, identifying and attracting qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.

The role involves candidate sourcing, profile screening, initial technical and communication assessment, salary negotiation, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding support. The recruiter will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements, provide suitable profiles within defined timelines, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment practices, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. The candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment, managing multiple requirements simultaneously, and achieving recruitment targets while maintaining a high level of candidate and client satisfaction.
