Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for senior leadership positions within the industry through headhunting, lateral hiring, and sales hiring methods.
- Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's requirements and culture to make informed decisions on candidate selection.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for success in each position.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or staffing agency background.
- Proven track record of successful headhunting or leadership hiring assignments in the FMCG industry/Food/Manufacturing/Retail etc .
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies including social media platforms, qualified networks, and databases.
