- Ensure smooth operation of plastic injection molding machines, including cleaning, drying, and lubricating components.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as replacing worn-out parts, seals, and O-rings to prevent machine breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot issues with hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize machine settings for productive production runs.
- Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
