Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Information Technology, or equivalent Experience

Experience - 0-2 years

Skills required

- Linux: Basic Linux command-line skills, system monitoring, file and user management.
- Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of server hardware, cabling and networking.
- Telecom/Cloud: Basic awareness of 4G/5G, VMs, containers, and cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting & Support in Labs: Basic problem-solving skills and assisting in troubleshooting to users working in labs.
- Process Discipline: Ability to follow standard procedures, checklists, and operational guidelines accurately.
- Communication & Teamwork: Valuable verbal communication and timely escalation of issues.
- Adaptability:



Comfortable handling both physical lab operations and remote/terminal-based tasks, including travel to PoC sites when required. Job Responsibilities
- Hardware and Software module installation and configuration in 4G/5G/IMS Labs
- To Install and configure Linux OS and execute standard scripts for OpenStack/Kubernetes node setup.
- Provide user and infra support to 4G/5G/IMS and other groups.
- Lab inventory management, routine backups and system updates.
- Support day-to-day maintenance and operational readiness of allocated 4G/5G/IMS lab setups.
