This role involves working closely on senior level resumes and professional branding assignments for leaders across industries. Key Responsibilities

* Research corporate roles, functions, industries and career paths to build strong contextual understanding

* Interact with senior professionals and gather relevant career insights with confidence and maturity

* Write and structure high quality, impact driven resumes and professional profiles

* Use AI tools effectively to enhance quality, depth and speed of output

* Ensure timely delivery of assignments while maintaining high standards of quality

* Continuously learn and upgrade understanding of business roles, market trends and hiring expectations

* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Requirements





* Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience

* Candidates from HR / recruitment background will have an added advantage

* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

* Strong eye for detail and structured thinking ability

* Passion for research, intellectual work and continuous learning

* Interest in understanding corporate careers, leadership journeys and industry dynamics

* Ownership mindset with ability to manage timelines and multiple assignments

* Must have a laptop

Work Schedule & Workplace

* Day shift

* 5 days working

* 10 AM to 7 PM
