Working Days: Monday - Friday/ 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturday(Working)/1st & 3rd Saturdays Off
Timings: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (with 1 hour grace period)

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.
Match bank statements with the company's books of accounts and identify discrepancies.
Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions, unidentified receipts, bank charges, reversals, and outstanding payments.
Track and transparent long-outstanding reconciliation items.
Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconciliation reports.
Pass necessary journal entries for bank-related adjustments and corrections.




Monitor customer receipts, vendor payments, transfers, and other banking transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and banks for transaction confirmations and issue resolution.
Ensure proper accounting and documentation of all bank transactions.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing reconciliation schedules and supporting documents.
Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to the reconciliation process.
Prepare MIS and other reports as required by management.
