Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including hiring, onboarding, employee records.
- Drive recruitment and coordinate hiring for multiple positions.
- Plan and support employee training and development initiatives.
- Guide employees on HR policies, processes and compliance requirements.
- Analyze HR data and identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
Key Requirements-
- Solid understanding of recruitment and HR.
- Good knowledge of onboarding, payroll and employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle HR data and work independently.
