Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 8+ years of experience in software testing, strong hands-

on expertise in test automation, and proven experience in leading QA teams. The candidate will be

responsible for driving QA strategy, automation, team management, quality processes, and adoption of AI/

Agentic AI-based testing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team; handle work allocation, task tracking, performance, and

technical reviews.

Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, automation strategy, and quality standards.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end

automation frameworks.

Conduct automation code reviews and ensure coding, testing, and documentation standards.

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish automated quality gates.

Drive shift-left testing, continuous testing, and automation-first QA practices.

Introduce and implement AI/Agentic AI-powered testing, including AI-based test-case generation,

test execution, failure analysis, test-data generation, and automation maintenance.

Monitor QA metrics including automation coverage, defect leakage, regression stability, and release

quality.

Work closely with Development, Product, DevOps,



and Business teams to ensure high-quality

releases.

Perform root-cause analysis of critical defects and drive preventive actions.

Evaluate and introduce new testing tools and technologies to improve productivity and quality.

Required Skills

8+ years of QA/testing experience, including significant hands-on automation experience.

Strong expertise in tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent.

Robust programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.

Experience with API automation, UI automation, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, etc.

Experience with TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Cucumber, or equivalent frameworks.

Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, STLC, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Proven experience in QA team leadership, task allocation, mentoring, and code/test reviews.

Good knowledge of SQL/database testing.

Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI testing tools, or Agentic AI frameworks.

Experience implementing AI-driven/self-healing test automation.

Performance testing experience using JMeter or similar tools.

Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, Microservices, and APIs.

Experience testing enterprise SaaS/ERP applications.
