About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong *Flutter Developer Team Lead* to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering high-quality mobile applications using Flutter while leading a team of developers and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of Flutter developers.

* Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using *Flutter and Dart*.

* Translate business and technical requirements into scalable mobile solutions.

* Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

* Integrate *REST APIs, third-party APIs, and backend services* into mobile applications.

* Work with state management solutions such as *Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod*.

* Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA teams, and project managers.

* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

* Identify and resolve performance, usability, and technical issues.

* Participate in application architecture and technical decision-making.

* Manage development tasks, timelines, and deliverables for the team.





* Ensure applications are optimized for different devices and screen sizes.

* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

* Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.

Required Skills

* 5+ years of experience in software/mobile application development.

* Strong hands-on experience with *Flutter and Dart*.

* Experience in developing and deploying *Android and iOS applications*.

* Strong understanding of *REST APIs, JSON, and API integration*.

* Experience with state management frameworks such as *Bloc, Provider, GetX, or Riverpod*.

* Positive knowledge of Git and version-control systems.

* Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.

* Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and application testing.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Good communication and team-management skills.

* Prior experience in leading or mentoring a development team is preferred.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong technical and leadership capabilities.
