Auro Realty is looking for an experienced and technically proficient AGM / DGM MEP (Execution) to lead and manage MEP execution activities for large-scale residential high-rise projects. The role involves ensuring timely execution, quality, safety, cost efficiency, and compliance with approved designs, specifications, and project schedules.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MEP systems for high-rise residential buildings, site execution, MEP coordination, contractor management, and project delivery.

1.MEP Execution & Project Management

- Lead and oversee all MEP execution activities for residential high-rise projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Plan, monitor, and manage works in accordance with approved drawings, project schedules, and specifications.
- Ensure timely execution of installations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution and resolution of site-related challenges.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and implement corrective measures wherever required.

2. Design Coordination & Technical Approvals

- Review GFC drawings, shop drawings, material specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with team to resolve execution issues.
- Ensure all services are properly coordinated with civil and structural services.
- Review technical submittals, material approvals, and deviations before execution.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, applicable codes, and project specifications.

3. Contractor & Vendor Management

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, material availability, and work quality.
- Review contractor work programs, resource requirements, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams for timely material delivery and resolution of contractual issues.
- Ensure adherence to approved work methods, quality standards, and project timelines.

4. Quality,



Safety & Compliance

- Ensure installations comply with applicable safety regulations, statutory requirements, and project standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC and EHS teams to maintain high standards of workmanship and safe execution.
- Conduct inspections, quality checks, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test reports, snag lists, and rectification works.
- Support statutory inspections, approvals, and electrical system energization as required.

5. Cost Control & Resource Planning

- Monitor execution costs, material consumption, and contractor bills.
- Support estimation, budgeting, quantity verification, and cost-control initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality or safety.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Review variations, additional works, and material requirements in coordination with the commercial team.

6. Coordination, Reporting & Handover

- Conduct regular coordination meetings with project, MEP, design, procurement, and contractor teams.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for electrical execution.
- Monitor project risks, delays, bottlenecks, and pending technical decisions.
- Ensure timely completion of testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and electrical handover.
- Maintain as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and other handover documentation.

Educational Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering .
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering may be considered for candidates with extensive relevant experience.

Experience

- 1520 years of relevant experience in execution within the real estate development or construction industry.
- Robust experience in large-scale residential high-rise projects.
- Proven experience in managing electrical execution teams, contractors, and MEP coordination.
- Experience in high-rise residential electrical systems, testing, commissioning, and project handover is essential.
