About the Role

MicroGenesis TechSoft is looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java Full Stack technologies, cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and team leadership. Experience working with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Full Stack development teams across multiple projects.
- Drive technical architecture, design reviews, and solution implementation.
- Collaborate with product owners, customers, and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.
- Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Mentor developers and establish engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage sprint planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
- Drive Agile and DevOps adoption across teams.
- Work closely with Atlassian consultants and platform teams to integrate custom solutions with Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

Backend:

Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Hibernate/JPA,





Strong Python skills with exposure to Rapid API and Django/ Flask.

Proficient in Event driven architecture, Queuing, Caching and architecting at scale while ensuring performance, security and compliance.

Frontend: React.js (Preferred) or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive UI Development.

Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Database Design & Performance Optimization.

Cloud & DevOps: AWS EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, REDIS, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, Maven, Gradle.

Atlassian Ecosystem: Jira, Confluence, Jira REST APIs, Atlassian Integrations, Atlassian Plugin/App Development (Good to Have).

Leadership: Team Management, Stakeholder Management, Solution Architecture, Technical Mentoring, Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Atlassian certifications.
- AWS certifications.
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
- Exposure to Atlassian Forge Framework, and Marketplace App Development.
