- Role & responsibilities -
- Supervise and manage deployed manpower at assigned sites.
- - Prepare duty schedules and monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- - Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality, safety, and SOP compliance.
- - Coordinate with clients and resolve site-related complaints.
- - Handle manpower shortages, replacements, and operational issues.
- - Maintain attendance, activity logs, and daily/weekly reports.
- - Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for recruitment and deployment.
- - Escalate major issues to senior management and ensure timely resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

- - 25 years of experience in security, facility management, manpower, or field operations.
- - Robust team-handling and field supervision skills.
- - Good communication and client coordination skills.
- - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- - Comfortable with regular field visits.
- - Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
