Responsibilities

- Handling confirmation, settlement and reconciliation process for FX trades.
- Handling internal & external FX trades. Resolving trade discrepancies by liaising with Front office, Middle Office, Sales and other relevant teams including counterparties/custodians.
- Liaising with Cash Management/Treasury/Credit Risk for resolving funding and risk related issues.
- Handling of CLS, In-Out Swaps, Spot and Forward trades, swift payment messages i.e. MT202, MT103 etc.




- Should have working knowledge of different systems i.e. TRAM, CLS, Swift, Vendor Platforms like GTSS, Misys etc. Awareness of different payment instructions i.e. MT202, MT210, MT103.
- Handling Post-settlement Reconciliation to resolve fails/breaks by liaising with different teams/counterparties/agents etc.
- Setting up Standard Settlement Instructions for FX/CLS trades.
- Prepare weekly and daily MIS/reports for management reporting.
- Identify process and operational risks proactively and formulate steps to mitigate the same
- Ensure quality deliverables as per the standard operating procedures and in a timely manner
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in understanding the process conceptually.
- Comfortable working in different shifts.
