Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-drivenAssociate Project Managersto lead complex technology projects across diverse domains. The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of experience in managing full project lifecycles, delivering high-impact solutions, and driving cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, consultative approach and deep understanding of IT systems and methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Full responsibility for project delivery: Guarantees the successful completion of projects, delivering on budget, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Coordinate and control project activities, aligning them with agreed objectives and adjusting as necessary to ensure goals are met.
- Acts as the point of contact in managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining relationships.
- Establish an effective project team structure,



fostering a productive setting and addressing any issues impacting team performance.
- Assure deliverable quality and manage risks, while efficiently handling project resources and budget.

Qualification

Professional and Technical Skills

- Proven ability to lead large-scale IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Skilled in engaging with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting, presentations, and team coordination.
- Expertise in identifying risks, managing scope changes, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Experience in managing project budgets, resource planning, and cost optimization.
- Strong command of both traditional and modern project management frameworks.

- Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project,or similar platforms.
- Understanding of development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases.
- Knowledge of automation pipelines, version control, and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms
- Basic understanding of data architectures, reporting tools, and KPIs.
