Position Title - Financial Controller

Salary Grade - Manager

Job Position - Summary

The Financial Controller will work closely with the various

departments to ensure that departmental costs are under control and

as per the allocated budget

Summary

Key responsibilities:

1. Closely work with various business departments and act as a

finance SPOC for all matters

2. Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for

cost reduction opportunities

3. Create monthly and annual reports to identify results and

trends

4. Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly

reviewing internal reports

5. Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and

calculations

6. Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial

information

7. Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives,

stakeholders, and board members.

Desired Qualification / certifications

MBA in Finance or a CA

Preferred relevant work experience

1.



B-School graduates with 2 years experience before or after

MBA/CA degree

2. Accounting and auditing experience can be an added

advantage

3. Should be well versed with accounting principles

4. Should constantly look for ways to improve efficiency of

companys processes and procedures

5. Ensure proper compliance maintained by the company with

all regulatory bodies

Skills and knowledge

1. Solid communication skills

2. Excellent command over Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

3. Good Analytical skills

4. Knowledge on ERP system can be an added advantage

Position reports to: Head Financial Controller

Position supervises : Individual Contributor

Travel needed: Travel shall not exceed 5% of total time
