Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technology transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational objectives.
- Develop technology transformation roadmaps, operating models, business cases, and implementation plans.
- Manage large-scale programs involving cloud, digital platforms, enterprise applications, data, AI, automation, and infrastructure modernization.
- Partner with business and technology leadership to identify transformation opportunities and define measurable outcomes.
- Drive process optimization, technology adoption, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Establish program governance, milestones, KPIs, budgets, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, engineering, operations, product, finance, and business functions.
- Manage technology vendors, system integrators, implementation partners, and third-party stakeholders.
- Drive Agile/Protected delivery practices and ensure successful execution of transformation programs.
- Identify dependencies, risks, issues, and change impacts and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Lead organizational change-management and technology adoption initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI, cloud, automation, data platforms, and digital solutions for business applicability.
- Ensure transformation initiatives meet security, compliance, architecture, and technology-governance requirements.
- Present transformation progress, investment cases, benefits realization,



and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5 to 10 years of experience in technology transformation, digital transformation, IT consulting, program management, technology strategy, or a related role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology transformation or modernization programs from strategy through implementation.
- Strong understanding of cloud, enterprise applications, data & analytics, AI/GenAI, automation, APIs, and modern technology architectures.
- Experience developing technology roadmaps, business cases, budgets, ROI analyses, and transformation strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, project/program management, and technology governance.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft technologies, or other enterprise platforms is advantageous.
- Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, executive communication, vendor management, risk management, and change management.
- Ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear business outcomes and recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and manage multiple strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; MBA/Masters degree is an advantage.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, SAFe/Agile, or relevant cloud certifications are preferred.
