Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily production activities and ensure achievement of shift-wise targets.
- Supervise and allocate manpower across production lines.
- Monitor productivity, quality, wastage, rejection and machine downtime.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Dispatch teams.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day production issues and bottlenecks.
- Maintain production and shift-related reports.
- Train and guide operators and ensure proper discipline on the shop floor.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communicate pending issues to the next shift.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Production,



Food Technology or relevant field.
- Experience in managing shop-floor/blue-collar teams.
- FMCG, food processing, dairy or consumer goods experience preferred.
- Valuable problem-solving, communication and team management skills.
- Comfortable working in shifts.
