Key Responsibilities

- Connect with ITI, Diploma, Polytechnic, Skill Institutes, and other educational institutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with institute management and placement teams.
- Drive Just Job registrations among eligible candidates.
- Source and mobilise candidates as per business and recruitment requirements.
- Mobilise candidates for job drives, interviews, recruitment campaigns, and placement activities.
- Conduct regular field visits to institutes and local communities.
- Counsel candidates regarding available job opportunities and recruitment processes.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates from registration to joining.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Maintain daily sourcing and mobilisation reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing targets.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams and other stakeholders.
- Identify new institutes and local sourcing channels to expand the candidate network.

- Good candidate counselling and mobilisation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets for reporting will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- BBA / MBA graduates, including freshers.
- Candidates with experience in recruitment, field sourcing, mobilisation, staffing, business development, counselling, or community engagement will be preferred.
- Candidates with good knowledge of the local area and strong local networking will be an added advantage.
