Business Development Manager / Executive Contingency Search | New Client Acquisition

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development professional to help us expand our corporate client base across India.This is a hunter role — your primary responsibility will be identifying, approaching and converting new corporate clients for our contingency search and recruitment services.We are particularly interested in professionals who already have relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition leaders and business decision-makers.

- Must have B2B client acquisition experience
- Recruitment/staffing/search experience preferred
- Experience selling to HR Heads / CHROs / Talent Acquisition leaders
- Proven recent-client acquisition
- Strong cold outreach/networking skills
- Existing client network is a major advantage
