Requirement: Engineering graduate or MCA
8 hours shift, 6 days a week.
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA/ MSc (CS/IT)
More than 8 years of IT experience, out of which at least 5 years in dealing with Cyber Security systems and operations
Design and architect multi-site DR setups with high availability, Expertise in audits, vulnerability assessments, and security frameworks, Strong communication with stakeholders and OEMs.
Familiar with Firewall ,Load Balancer, WAF, API Security, Switches (KVM and Network), Forward Proxy ,HCI Severs ,VPN Solution, PAM and ticketing and monitoring tools.
Certifications (Any one of the following) :
Certified Information Systems Security Qualified (CISSP)
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Master/Practical
Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
CCNP Routing Switching/Security or equivalent
Primary Role Responsibilities: Lead in-depth troubleshooting, configurations, and system tuning.
a) Responsibilities:
- SPOC for entire project spanning all sites.
- Handle escalated incidents from L2 and perform root cause analysis.
- Design and implement policy changes on NGFW, SSLO, WAF, etc., based on
IOCL requirements.
- Perform complex configurations and issues in SLB,LLB, PAM policy, VPN
tunnels, etc.
- Optimize systems for performance and security posture.
- Work with OEMs for bug fixes, feature requests, or patches.
- Assist in HCI server maintenance and virtualization-related tasks.
- Coordinate with IOCLs Cyber Security and Network teams for policy
alignment.
- Perform impact analysis for major changes, upgrades, or version migrations.
- Participate in DR drills, failover testing, and performance benchmarking.
- Engage in periodic audits, compliance checks, and security posture
assessments. Drive quarterly service reviews and ensure SLAs are being met across L2/L3.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and train L2 teams.
- Manage L2 resources, shift operations, Knowledge up skills of the entire
team.
- Maintain system documentation, change logs, and configuration backups.
- Implement SSL offloading policies with application-specific certificates.
- Validate failover configurations for DR setup, including HCI-level replication.
- Customize dashboards and alert rules on NMS or monitoring tools.
Manage the security infrastructure at the Mumbai Data Centre on a 24/7 basis in three shifts per day and must do all the activities needed to maintain the SLAs commitment to the customer.
