Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor data, and regulatory requirements for compensation benchmarking.
- Analyze job descriptions, duties, and responsibilities to develop accurate job evaluations and salary structures.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to design total rewards packages that align with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain databases of compensation data for internal use by various stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in Compensation & Advantages or related field.
- Strong understanding of job analysis, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and compensation benchmarking principles.
- Proficiency in conducting market surveys and analyzing complex data sets.
