- Procure electronic components and assemblies as per production and project requirements.
- Release and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
- Coordinate with planning and stores teams for material availability.
Supplier Management
- Manage relationships with approved suppliers. Resolve supply-related issues in coordination with suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost.
Commercial Activities
- Support annual cost reduction initiatives.
- Track commodity price movements and market trends.
Inventory & Supply Planning
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.
- Ensure availability of critical electronic components.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Finance teams.
- Participate in supplier issue resolution and corrective action activities.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.




- Support audits and internal control requirements.
