Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced technical specialist with extensive database administration and Oracle Cloud capabilities. This is a client-facing position requiring strong communication skills to lead technical deliverables, coordinate closely with clients, and provide regular operational updates.

Mandatory Skills to Highlight in Resume:

- Oracle Database Administration: 7+ years of hands-on DBA experience managing Oracle 10g/11g/12c databases in Linux and Windows environments (Architecture, RAC configuration, RMAN, Data Guard, OEM).
- AWS Cloud & RDS: Deep expertise configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Oracle Databases hosted on AWS EC2 and AWS Oracle RDS.
- Performance Tuning & Monitoring:



Hands-on experience with database performance tuning, query optimization, CloudWatch, index maintenance, and storage management.
- Backup, DR & High Availability: Proven experience executing backup/recovery strategies, disaster recovery setups (clustering/replication), cloning, and patch updates.
- Scripting & Development: Strong proficiency in Shell Scripting and PL/SQL programming for routine task automation.
- Client Engagement & Team Leadership: Proven ability to handle client-facing calls, status updates, and mentor junior engineers.

Valuable-to-Have Skills:

- Exposure to Oracle Financial Cloud / EBS modules or ATMS.
- Experience with SQL Server RDS and cross-platform migrations.
