About the Role

We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our team for Data Mining, Lead Generation, Customer Follow-ups, and Payment Follow-ups. The candidate will work with customers related to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and will support the Sales and Account Management team in generating and managing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data mining, market research, and lead generation through online research, LinkedIn, databases, websites, and other sources. • Conduct customer follow-ups through calls and emails regarding requirements, proposals, quotations, and orders.

• Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding invoices.

• Maintain lead, customer, follow-up, and payment records in Excel/CRM. The candidate will primarily work on business opportunities related to:

• Microsoft 365 • Microsoft Azure • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Cloud & Microsoft Licensing Technical knowledge is not mandatory.



Basic understanding of cloud services, Microsoft 365, or IT products will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft and send skilled emails.

• Comfortable making 6080 cold calls per day to identify and connect with potential customers.

'• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Data mining and online research skills.

• Ability to identify and qualify potential leads with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, lead generation, business development, data mining, or customer follow-up will be preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Candidates interested in IT/Cloud Sales will be preferred.
