Senior Business Analyst e-Governance & Digital Transformation
Experience: 9+ Years

1. ABOUT PARAKORE
Parakore Enterprises Private Limited is a Dehradun-based technology company delivering smart, integrated and AI-enabled digital solutions for Government, e-Governance, Healthcare, Education and Enterprise ecosystems.
We work with Government Departments and enterprises to design and implement digital platforms involving citizen services, workflow automation, enterprise applications, dashboards, data-driven decision-making, integrations and digital transformation.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with solid exposure to e-Governance, Digital Transformation and Government/Enterprise IT projects.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently understanding complex business processes, engaging with senior stakeholders, translating business requirements into technology solutions, and driving requirements through the complete SDLC.
2. KEY REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must:
- Have 9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
- Have robust experience in e-Governance and Digital Transformation projects.
- Have experience working with Government Departments / PSUs / large enterprises.
- Have strong understanding of business process analysis and digital transformation.
- Be capable of conducting stakeholder discussions with senior Government/Department officials.
- Have strong experience in BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases and Functional Specifications.
- Be experienced in AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
- Have strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Be able to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements for development teams.
- Have experience preparing detailed workflows, process diagrams, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Understand APIs, integrations, databases and modern enterprise application architecture at a functional level.
- Have excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Be comfortable working from office in Dehradun.
- MUST be willing to relocate to Dehradun.
- MUST be an Immediate Joiner or available within a very short notice period.
- Candidates currently residing in or originally from Uttarakhand will be preferred.

13. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for:
Business Analysis
- Understand business objectives and departmental requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement workshops.
- Analyse existing business processes.
- Identify gaps,
inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Design optimized TO-BE processes.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements.
Functional Design
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS and functional specifications.
- Define workflows, business rules and system behaviour.
- Develop use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Create functional wireframes and process diagrams.
- Define role-based access and workflow requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a bridge between Government/Business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Conduct requirement validation and walkthrough sessions.
- Manage requirement clarifications.
- Coordinate with SMEs, developers, architects and QA teams.
- Support client demonstrations and review meetings.
Product / Solution Support
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads.
- Validate proposed solutions from a business/functional perspective.
- Identify functional dependencies and integration requirements.
- Support product backlog and feature prioritization.
- Participate in UAT and production-readiness activities.
Project Delivery
- Track requirements throughout the SDLC.
- Maintain requirement traceability.
- Support sprint planning and functional prioritization.
- Review delivered functionality against approved requirements.
- Coordinate UAT and defect clarification.
- Support deployment and post-production stabilization.
14. SENIOR-LEVEL EXPECTATIONS
At 9+ years, the candidate is expected to demonstrate more than documentation skills.
The candidate should be capable of:
