Job Description

We are seeking a energetic and driven professional to join our team . This role focuses on identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to expand our sales and distribution network. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, a deep understanding of indirect sales models, and a proven track record in channel partner recruitment.

- Ensuring the desired Sales Numbers/Revenues from Channel Partner Branch.
- Ensuring team hiring to ensure budgeted numbers with the help of Channel Partners




- Due training & hand-holding of all members down the line to ensure proper flow of product/process knowledge such as Weekly Trainings for new joiners, Refresher trainings on product and process to the existing resources.
- Close tracking and monitoring on input KPIs (such as Data and Hot Leads) to help improve productivity
- Responsible for evaluating Centres performance with key metrics (attempts / talktime / presentations / quality score etc.) on routine basis to ensure optimized productivity
- Prepare reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly etc.) for different departments or upper management.
- Regular Feedback and Process improvement suggestions to cross functional teams like Data, Backend, Service and CRM Teams.
