Role & responsibilities*

*Field & Site Operations:* Visit various deployment sites daily to monitor the performance, attendance, and discipline of deployed manpower (Security Guards, Housekeeping, Technical/Non-Technical staff).

* *Client Liaisoning:* Act as the primary point of contact for Government Officials, Department Heads, and Private Clients. Maintain healthy relationships and ensure zero client complaints.

* *Onboarding & Deployment:* Manage immediate deployment of manpower as per current tender requirements. Arrange quick replacements in case of absenteeism.

* *Compliance & Documentation:* Ensure strict adherence to government labor laws, PSARA regulations, Minimum Wages Act, PF, and ESIC compliance at the ground level.

* *Billing & Attendance Verification:* Collect, verify,



and cross-check daily/monthly attendance logs from site supervisors and coordinate with the head office for timely invoice generation.

* *Grievance Redressal:* Resolve on-site disputes, staff issues, and operational bottlenecks swiftly without disrupting the clients work.

* *Reporting:* Provide daily and weekly operational reports to the Management/Head Office regarding site status and client feedback.
