SFSC Principal Engineer - TL

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a SFSC Principal Engineer - TL to lead Salesforce architecture, development and enterprise solution delivery initiatives. This role is focused on scalable Salesforce application development, integration design, troubleshooting and engineering leadership while ensuring platform stability, maintainability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and govern Salesforce platform architecture and data models
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flows
- Build and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and middleware technologies
- Implement and maintain Salesforce security controls including Profiles, Permission Sets and Sharing Rules
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment processes
- Conduct code reviews and drive best practices across engineering teams




- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor development teams

Required Skills:

- Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce App Development
- Expertise in Apex, LWC and Flows
- Experience with Salesforce Architecture and Data Model Design
- Hands-on experience in REST/SOAP Integrations and Middleware
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Model
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices

Good to Have

- Salesforce Testing Framework knowledge
- Salesforce PD2 or Architect Certifications

Agentforce, Salesforce Chat or Chatbot experience
