Job Description

Trasol Technologies is looking for experienced IT Business Development professionals with relevant experience in Microsoft 365 (M365) and Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions.

We are hiring for two levels:

IT Business Development Executive – 1–2 Years

- Generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Identify potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable IT solutions.
- Promote M365, D365, CRM, ERP, Azure, and related solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve assigned lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with presales and technical teams for client requirements and proposals.

IT Business Development Manager – 4–5 Years

- Drive business development and revenue-generation activities for IT solutions.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines for M365, D365, CRM, ERP, Azure,



and Power Platform.
- Identify new markets, accounts, and business opportunities.
- Manage client relationships and key accounts.
- Lead negotiations and support deal closures.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Guide and mentor junior business development team members.
- Coordinate with technical and presales teams for solutioning and proposals.

Required Skills

- Relevant experience in IT Business Development / IT Sales / Technology Sales.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) and Dynamics 365 (D365) is preferred.
- B2B sales and lead-generation experience.
- Good understanding of IT solutions and business requirements.
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Good client relationship and pipeline management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
