Role Summary
Responsible for data collection, validation, analysis, reporting, automation, and business insights using Power BI, MySQL/SQL and Python. The role also involves exploring Generative AI and Agentic AI for intelligent analytics and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and integrate data from SAP, MySQL, Excel, OneDrive, Data Lake and other systems.
* Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, MIS reports, KPIs and management reports.
* Write and optimize MySQL/SQL queries for data extraction, validation, reconciliation and analysis.
* Use Python for data analysis, processing, automation and API/data integration.
* Perform data validation, reconciliation, quality checks, anomaly detection and root- cause analysis.
* Build effective data models using DAX, Power Query and Data Modelling.
* Analyze trends, variances and performance gaps and provide actionable business insights.
* Work with Finance, Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Operations and IT to understand business requirements.
* Automate manual and recurring reports using Python,



SQL, Power BI and APIs.
* Explore Generative AI & Agentic AI for automated analysis, reporting, KPI monitoring, anomaly detection and decision support.
* Troubleshoot Power BI refresh, database, data quality and connectivity issues.

Required Skills:
Power BI: Dashboard development, DAX, Power Query & Data Modelling
MySQL / SQL: Queries, joins, aggregation, validation & reconciliation
Python: Data analysis, automation & data processing Robust analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Qualification:
Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics,or a related field.
