Production Executive Food Technologist

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Executive – Food Technologist to support the daily manufacturing of coffee and chocolate products.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

- Execute daily production plans based on orders, inventory and dispatch priorities.
- Allocate manpower and machines to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production lines for output, efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance and Dispatch teams.

Quality Control & Food Safety

- Conduct hourly production and in-process quality checks.
- Ensure adherence to approved formulations, SOPs and processing parameters.
- Check product weight, appearance, taste, texture and packaging integrity.
- Maintain GMP, hygiene, food-safety and FSSAI compliance.
- Identify and report quality deviations,



rejections and non-conforming batches.

Productivity & Documentation

- Monitor yield, wastage, downtime, rework and material consumption.
- Maintain batch records and daily production and quality reports.
- Train and supervise operators and helpers.
- Support new-product trials and commercial production scale-up.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of production experience in food, beverage, coffee, chocolate, confectionery or FMCG manufacturing.
- Robust shop-floor supervision, quality-control and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food-safety systems and Excel.
